Caroline Spencer specializes in using Pilates to design training programs that help her clients achieve their fitness goals.  Pilates is a method of exercise that is useful for people of all fitness levels. Pilates exercises focus on core abdominal and back muscles, while utilizing breathing, controlled mindful movements, and stretching.

Caroline utilizes the Pilates reformer as an integral part of training, but also uses the following equipment during her sessions:

  • MAT Pilates
  • Reformer

  • Ladder Barrel
  • Cadillac
  • BOSU
  • Resist-a-Ball
  • TRX® Suspension Trainer
  • Free Weights

Rates

Training sessions are one-on-one or duet.

  • $70 for a one hour private.
  • $45 per person for duet session
