Caroline has been a personal trainer since 1999, certified through ACE and a Pilates Instructor since 2000. She is certified through Peak Pilates in Boulder, Colorado. Caroline’s has a private studio located in Madison, WI.
Caroline is an endurance athlete, having completed over 130 marathons and seven 100-mile endurance runs. She has completed 12 Ironman triathlons.
Pilates has been the cornerstone to Caroline staying injury-free through her triathlon training!
